Join us in Orlando, Florida October 12 – 13 for one of the oldest and most exciting events in GOLF CHANNEL Amateur Tour history, the Team Championship.

An estimated field of fifty 12-person teams from local Tours across the country will compete in a Ryder Cup-style format. The teams, comprised of two members from each of the six flights, will face off in over 45 holes in three different formats: team best ball, modified alternate shot and individual match play

This team match play event will take place on four of the areas' most challenging and popular courses – Grand Cypress Golf Club, The Legends at Orange Lake, Disney’s Palm and Disney’s Magnolia – site of the PGA TOUR’s Children's Miracle Network Classic this Fall.

In addition to the competition, participants and their guests will also enjoy a series of events and dinners throughout the tournament schedule at the host resort, Gaylord Palms. This includes the Players Dinner - our signature kick-off event featuring fine dining, prize raffles, activities and a special appearance by a member of the GOLF CHANNEL broadcast team. Contact your local Tour Director for details on how to compete for your home Tour. If your local Tour is not fielding a team for this year's competition, there is still opportunity to compete as an alternate for another team.
